Refund Policy

General Refund Conditions

This Refund Policy is subject to change by Us and in the event of any amendments, we shall make a suitable announcement on the Website. The changes will apply after We have given notice.

If You do not wish to accept the revised policy, you should not continue to use the Services. If You continue to use the Services after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Services indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Refund Policy.

The fee collected by Us (service fee, and government service fees) shall be refundable only if You have paid for the service. You may request a refund following the Refund Eligibility Criteria.

All excess payments done by client towards service fees and government services fees will be refunded incase the service is initiated at the time of refund request, if your service is initiated will be no refunds, all the government service fee are paid towards AHG will be refunded if it is not paid to the designated government entities.

In case AHG has overcharged You for any Service fees, then any such excess amount will be duly refunded. All the above will form part of the terms of use of the service and will be available to You to confirm at the time of making payment for these services.

Service Fees

As a general rule, the Service fees shall be subject to the refund policy of the respective country You are applying for. And applicable local laws governing such fees in the local country where the service is being provided to You.

In case You have paid the incorrect Service fees, then You will be provided the ability to cancel and seek a refund of the wrong fee paid and pay the correct fee.

The processing times for license applications are estimates only. As the processing of your application is subject to the procedures and timescales of the respective health authorities if your applied country , over which we have no control, hence the processing times are not a criterion for refund.

Refunds of Service Fees will only be considered where You satisfy the Refund Eligibility Criteria in full. If You (or the relevant license services as applicable) fail to meet any of the Refund Eligibility Criteria, AHG shall have the right in our sole discretion to decline the request for a refund.

The service fee can be refunded if the customer requests such a refund before availing of the service, i.e., acceptance and processing of the license application or within 90 days from the date of payment, whichever is earlier. The service shall be deemed to be delivered in full upon completion of personal data processing, including the processing of dataflow verification, where the license application is submitted in the health authorities or if the exam materials package sent by mail has been received by the client, refund request will not be accepted or subjective to the refund evaluation, however administrative charge will be deducted from the paid amount.

To apply for a refund, you must properly and fully complete and submit a Refund Request Form. All refund requests should be submitted to AHG by You either through an email or in-person to any of our offices via your license counselor.

We shall process your Refund Request following receipt as soon as it is reasonably practicable. Response times will vary depending on the mode of payment and stated reasons for the Refund request. In any event, we shall notify You of the outcome of the request in accordance with the timescales set out in the Refund Processing Timelines.

By filling in and submitting the Refund Request Form, the payment of a refund of Service Fees is not guaranteed. The refund will only be approved or rejected by Us after verification basis of the Refund Eligibility Criteria.

Any Transaction Charges or loss due to exchange rate fluctuation which arises upon processing a refund of Service Fees shall be borne solely by You. Transaction Charges will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded. Loss due to bank charges and difference in the exchange rate will be borne by You and AHG Global is not liable to pay any interest on this amount.

You may also ask for a Refund Request Form from a License Application Centre and submit a completed form to the relevant License Application Centre, which shall ensure your form is processed in the appropriate timescales set out below.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

1. All requests for refunds or cancellation of a Service(s) will only be accepted where:
   • You request a refund prior to availing of the service or within 30 days from the date of payment for such services, whichever is earlier
   • Where it is clear a customer has been charged more than once for the same service.
   • This includes the circumstances where You have purchased a Service but been notified by Us that it has been canceled or withdrawn.
2. Requests for refunds or cancellation of a Service(s) will not be accepted where:
   • In the case of any services which are partially used, no refund request will be approved in such cases.
3. Any health care facility project related services will not be refunded
   • In the case of any services which are partially used, no refund request will be approved in such cases.
   • Any rejection from the regulatory authorities.
   • Projects are halted by client for an reason for more than 90 days from the initial payment date.

Refund Processing Timeline:

You must send the Refund Request Form to Us as instructed above.

Within five (5) working days of receipt of the Refund Request Form, we shall contact You to request any further information (if required) and You shall provide such information as soon as reasonably practicable. However, in any event no later than seven (7) working days following such request.

Within seven (7) working days following the receipt of any additional information requested by Us (or where no further information is requested, five (5) working days from receipt of Your Refund Request Form), We shall notify You by e-mail of the decision on whether You are eligible for a refund or not.

Refunds of Service Fees will be processed within fifteen (15) working days from the date of notifying You of the decision.

Receiving Your Refund

Refunds will be processed by the same method as payment was made for these Services. For example, if payment was made via the use of a credit or debit card, the refund will also be done via the same credit/debit card.

If AHG is unable to process the refund by the same mode in which payment has been made, in such case AHG will notify You, of an alternate mode of payment for processing such refund.

In case of payments by debit/credit card, the exact date by which the refund amount will be credited in the account of the customer’s bank card shall depend on the bank card issuer but not more than Thirty (30) calendar days.

Chargebacks

We expect You to contact Us using our online feedback form to resolve any problem or issue related to your application and payment before You make any Chargeback request to your bank. This Section does not affect any rights which You may have against the issuer of a debit or credit card. We will investigate any Chargeback requests made by You and in response will inform Your Issuing Bank whether any services have been canceled.

Information we collect

We collect your information when you, deal with projects, apply for a license, make registrations to our programs, apply for any careers or visit our website/office. When making any course, license or career registrations we may ask you to fill in details such as your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, age, educational background, nationality, and religion and send copies of documents such as certificates, photographs, passport, ID cards and certain other important details to process your registration.

Using your information

The information we collected from you is used to register you for the portals. We do not sell the information to any third party and are used by third-party promotions or newsletters. The documents and information you provide may be shared with the prospected authorized universities & accreditation bodies & government regulatory verification bodies only to add value to your certification.

Your information is protected

The email address you provide will only be used to send updates and information with regard to your registration. All debit/credit card and any other payment-related information are processed through encrypted gateways, and will not be saved, sold or shared with any third parties. We use multiple security measures to ensure the safety of your sensitive information when doing the registration with alpha registration portals. All payment-related information like card numbers, etc. are sent via 3D secure gateways and encrypted into our payment gateway. After a transaction has been made, your sensitive details (financial, personal, etc.) will not be saved on our servers and will be automatically deleted. We do not save any of the payment information for repeat usage, every time when you want to make a payment you need to enter the information manually to improve your security.

Client Information

Alpha Health Group will never share any client data or client-related information such as client name, services we are offering, the business model, strategy and materials with any 3rd party, as it is one of the ethics of Alpha not to share any of the client names that we are working with for any purpose that can be a business or portfolio to secure the client's privacy.
