Facility planning
Scope and services defined from a regulatory standpoint, with an architectural layout matched to your clinic type.
Our project management and engineering team works with investors and key stakeholders to establish new medical facilities: hospitals, polyclinics, medical centres, dental centres, drugstores and homecare. Whatever the size, we handle the entire project from inception to opening.
We guide you through planning, redefine the scope and services from a regulatory standpoint, and deliver each requirement under one roof.

Preliminary approval is the initial permission from the regional health authority to set up a medical facility at the proposed location with a requested specialty.
Preliminary approval is valid for one year. The facility must be set up within this period and apply for a permanent licence before it expires.
Once the facility is ready to operate, meets all authority guidelines and has hired its professionals, we request the final inspection. A successful report leads to the authority issuing final approval.
Each authority has its own KPI checklist, though many factors are common. As a Department of Health approved consultancy, Alpha prepares your facility fully for the final inspection.
Once we have all the documentation, the process typically takes 8 to 10 weeks. It can take longer if more information is required, and DataFlow verification is handled independently and can add time.
