What documents are required for a new facility?
An authorised signatory certified by the competent authorities, the trade licence, the local sponsor's legal documents, and the facility plan with specialties.
What is preliminary approval?
Preliminary approval is the initial permission from the regional health authority to establish a medical facility at the proposed location with a requested specialty.
How long is preliminary approval valid?
Preliminary approval is valid for one year. The facility must be set up within this period and apply for a permanent licence before it expires.
How is the final approval obtained?
Once the facility is ready to operate, meets all authority guidelines and has hired its healthcare professionals, we request the final inspection. When the inspection report is successful, the authority issues the final approval.
How do you prepare for the DHA, DOH or MOH final inspection?
Each authority has its own KPI checklist, though many factors are common. As a Department of Health approved consultancy, Alpha prepares your facility fully for the final inspection. Talk to our team for details.
How long does the whole process take?
