What is the self-processing assistance package?
It is a support package for professionals who prefer to process their own healthcare professional licence but want expert guidance through the steps and help checking their documents, so they can do it at their own pace.
What is included in the package?
It includes an introduction to licence processing, an introduction to the processing platform, document checking and feedback, exam guidelines and study materials, and one hour of one-to-one telephone guidance.
How long does the support last and how is it delivered?
Guidance and support are provided by email for 15 days from the initial support date.
How much does the package cost, and what if I later want full support?
The package fee is AED 199. If you later choose full licence support, this fee is waived from the total processing fee. All government and third-party charges are paid by the client.
What happens if I cannot complete the process after receiving support?
Alpha is not responsible if the client is unable to complete the process after support. If you prefer, Alpha can instead process the whole licence for you across DOH, DHA and MOH.
